GENERAL INFORMATION ON LUNCHBOX PALS DELIVERIES

When will my first pack be posted?
We want to get the snacks into your hands as fast as possible, so dispatch is within 7 days of your order being placed

When will my next packs be posted?
It will be like Christmas every month. Subsequent packs each month are dispatched on the same date as your first order. (if this date falls on a public holiday or weekend we will send the next working day)

I want to cancel, can I do this?
Yes, it's very simple but we really don't want you to go anywhere. If there is something we can do or change please let us know, we are happy to work with you. Did you know you can skip the upcoming month instead of cancelling altogether? Just login to your customer portal and skip or cancel before you next delivery date.

What is included in the packs each month?
Each month you will receive a variety of healthier & wholesome snacks. The packs change every month to keep kids and mums alike interested in healthy snacks. The kids pack has enough snacks to cover each school day for the month for 2 younger children or 1 older child and the mums pack has enough for every workday for the month. 

What if I'm not happy with my order?
We doubt that will be the case based on all our positive reviews but we do offer a 'let's stay friends' money-back guarantee on all orders. If for any reason you're not happy with your pack please email us and we'll work with you to sort out a suitable solution.

My children have allergies, do you cater for this?
We offer a few selections for our kids pack. Choose nut-free*, gluten free at check out. Our nut free products do not contain nuts as a part of the ingredients list but may be manufactured in a facility that processes nut products so be aware that they may contain traces of nuts. 

My children's school has a nut-free policy, do you cater for this?
Yes we sure do, choose nut-free at checkout. We also offer gluten free if you need this too. 

How does the taster pack work?
Our taster pack is a one-off pack that lets you try our great snacks. We're confident you'll love the packs so why not save some money, get some freebies and sign up to the recurring packs. 

We want snacks during school holidays, is this possible?
Yes of course, kids don't stop eating just because it is holidays, if anything they eat more! We deliver during school holidays (there is no December packs) as well; so you can continue with healthier snacks whilst the kids are at home or in vacation care.

We are going on holidays and won't be home for delivery, can I skip my upcoming month?
Yes, you sure can. Just login in your customer portal and skip before your next scheduled delivery date. 

We already have so much food around Christmas time, do you have a box in December?
Due to Santas arrival in December we do not deliver packs this month. We can't steal Santa's limelight. Packs will resume on your scheduled delivery date in Janurary.
